Het in de huisbeschrijving vermelde maximum aantal toegestane personen mag tijdens het verblijf niet worden overschreden. Bij constatering van een overschrijding is de verhuurder gerechtigd de extra personen de toegang tot de accommodatie en/of het park te ontzeggen, of hen te verzoeken het terrein te verlaten. Eveneens mag het bij de huisbeschrijving aangegeven maximale aantal voertuigen dat geparkeerd kan worden niet worden overschreden. De verhuurder is in dat geval gerechtigd voertuigen die het toegestane aantal te boven gaan de toegang tot het park te weigeren of deze te laten verwijderen.

De groene ligging en het omliggende landschap zorgen direct voor een ontspannen vakantiegevoel.
Binnen vindt u een lichte en comfortabele leefruimte met een gezellige zithoek, open haard en een ruime eettafel voor zes personen. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met drie slaapkamers, waaronder een kamer met stapelbed, is de woning zeer geschikt voor gezinnen. De badkamer beschikt over zowel een ligbad als inloopdouche, wat zorgt voor extra comfort tijdens uw verblijf.

From the N57: At roundabout kilometer 35.8 on the N57, follow the direction “Stranden” (towards the lighthouse) onto the West Nieuwlandsedijk/Groeneweg. After 800 m, turn left at the sign “Polderbos” onto the West Nieuwlandseweg. After 900 m, enter “Polderbos” and follow the numbering to your holiday home. Your holiday home has its own parking space. Park rules After 22:00, music or any other noise-causing activities are not permitted. If you experience nuisance from surrounding holiday homes, you can call our emergency number: +31 187 688 508 Special features of the property: • There are 2 parking spaces available at the holiday home. • A barbecue is available in the garden. • To close the garden door, first move the handle upwards and then turn the lock. • The shed is for private use and is not accessible to guests. * Waste Opposite the house you will find containers for residual waste and paper/cardboard. The residual waste container can be opened with the container card located next to the front door. Glass can be disposed of at the glass container on Groenendijk (approx. 1 km away). Please note: in case of loss of the container card, €30 will be charged. * Outdoor sports & games A volleyball net is available for volleyball or badminton. Badminton rackets and shuttlecocks are available in the house. Please leave the blue poles standing if possible and return them after use. * Lawn mower A robotic lawn mower operates in the garden between 00:00 and 08:00. Please do not leave towels, plastic or other items on the grass overnight. In case of malfunction, the mower may remain where it is or be returned to the charging station. * Wood stove The wood stove is ready for use. You need to bring your own firewood. Only use suitable firewood. Do not use treated or painted wood. Please remove the ashes and clean the glass after use. * Pests The property is located in a wooded area. Animals such as deer, rabbits and hedgehogs are common. Mice may also occasionally occur, especially during colder weather. * Beach A path through the dunes leads to the beach in approximately 15 minutes. Please respect the rules of the protected nature reserve. * Television The television works via apps. Live TV can be watched through the ‘Delta’ app. For apps such as Netflix or HBO, you need your own account. * Trampoline Use of the trampoline is entirely at your own risk. * Patio heater The remote control is located next to the front door. Please use the heater economically. Please note: in case of loss of the remote control, €30 will be charged. * Garden sprinklers The garden is automatically watered between 04:00 and 05:00. * Heating The property has underfloor heating. Heating up takes time, so do not set the temperature too low. The temperature will not automatically drop below 17 degrees. * Open fire Open fire outside is not permitted, except in a charcoal barbecue. House rules Poldersbos * Maximum speed: 10 km/h * Please be considerate of children, animals and cyclists * Avoid noise nuisance, especially during evening and night hours * No loud music or unnecessary use of horns Please note: dogs are not allowed in this holiday home Key safe location The key safe is located to the left of the front door around the corner. From 16:00 onwards, you can enter your holiday home using the key from the key safe. If you have not yet provided us with your mobile phone number, please send it to us by email so we can contact you in case of emergency. Using the key safe: Slide the black plastic cover downward and enter the code. Then open the safe using the small black slider at the top left and take out the key. Afterwards, close the safe again. The plastic cover can then be folded back up to keep the inside dry. Never change the code using the reset button inside the safe. Upon departure: On the day of departure, you must vacate the property no later than 10:00 (departure on Sundays until 13:00 is possible). Please place the key back in the key safe, close it and change the number combination so the safe cannot be opened. Also fold the plastic cover back up.
